As a member of the Partner and Investor Relations team, the individual will have a key role in the onboarding process, launch activities and after-sales support of our clients across Southern East Asia and Japan. The individual will cover all products provided to Private Wealth Clients spanning across our private funds (close- and open-ended), semi-liquid vehicles and daily liquid public securities. The role is a combination of project management and hands-on execution to ensure that new clients onboarding is accomplished within the deadlines and existing clients receive highest quality, consistent after-sales support. The individual will be responsible for following internal processes and procedures to endure timeliness, quality, integrity, and consistency of communications to both prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities Play an integral role in seamless onboarding and product structuring discussions for clients in Southern East Asia and Japan Leverage expertise and information from the global project management, operations, legal and compliance teams to assist in client onboarding and product implementation Assist with due diligence requests and queries from prospects with the support of the Partner and Investor Relations team as well as the products' project management teams Handle after-sales queries Liaise with Brookfield and Oaktree marketing stakeholders on the production of product documentation and launch of new funds in the region Interact with the sales team and end client on product campaigns Support the private wealth client relationship management team as needed Facilitate with translations to support clients' needs Be involved in client discussions related to product structuring related to Brookfield and Oaktree's Global Alternative suite of offerings About you Appropriate degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management/ Business Administration 1-3 years of experience in product management/project/business management roles with knowledge and relevant experience in alternatives (real estate/infrastructure/private equity/Public Securities) to be highly regarded Experience in working in an international organization experience in private wealth management is a plus High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Fluency in Japanese/ Mandarin Chinese would be considered a strong plus Team player with positive attitude and pro-active approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership spirit Willingness to be flexible with working hours as part of a global organization Excellent planning and organizational skills Be structured, meticulous and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines Able to work individually Strong work ethic with genuine passion for excellence Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
