Assistant Relation Manager s Work closely with Relationship Manager to provide wealth management and planning solutions to the client. Execute the action plans and follow up closely with third parties (eg, CPA, financial institutions, legal counsel and trust companies) to ensure the goals are achieved. Duties include but not limited to
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate
  • with banks on bank account opening and account maintenance for clients;
  • with fund houses on fund subscription, KYC review, and redemption for clients;
  • with professionals (e.g., lawyer and Accountant) on matters related to US/HK/SG tax filing and obtaining
advice or opinion for clients;
  • with professional trust companies on trust set up, restructuring, and any related to the trust to clients;
  • with international corporate agents on matters related to company set up and upkeep of corporate
matters;
  • with insurance brokers to provide administrative support to clients;
  • with third parties on matters related to Singapore Family Office set up;
  • Assist in applying for Singapore 13O and 13U tax incentive schemes for clients by working with various third parties;
  • Gather and maintain client\xe2\x80\x99s KYC documents to make sure the information is up to date;
  • Respond to client\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries in time, communicate with different parties to provide resolutions to client\xe2\x80\x99s requests or queries;
  • Any related hoc-hoc matters.

Requirements
  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within financial industry in the field of client service support.
  • CACS paper 1 & 2 preferred although not compulsory.
  • Reasonably good understanding of compliance standards particularly those related to money transfers, securities settlement, credit and any other transactional services
  • Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin language required to service Chinese speaking clients to execute client\'s instruction.
  • Ability to communicate directly to clients and attend to clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries.
  • Self-motivated, possess good interpersonal skills and service orientated.
