DESIGNATION : Associate (Warehouse Production Administration)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, coordinating, planning and review production activities
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production
• Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines
• Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses
• Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability
• Responsible for making purchases of raw materials and packaging materials needed for production to ensure a smooth operation
• Responsible to update and monitor the stock inventory of materials and finished goods
• Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
• Continuous improvement of production planning process and system
• Study and reduce process cycle time
• Help to support performing operations activities
• Stocktake, plan and coordinate
• Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum qualification of at least a Diploma
• Proficient in google chrome, SAP knowledge an advantage
• Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all staffs
• Organised, detailed and service-oriented
• No prior experience but willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changes will be consider
• Team player who can also work independently
