DESIGNATION : Associate (Fresh Quality Assurance)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent is responsible for and he/ she is expected to

• Perform QA/QC work primarily at our Fresh Food Distribution Centre.

• Perform sensory and instrumental testing of fresh produce.

• Conduct quality audits of supplier and branch for QA compliance.

• Conduct research study into product quality parameters.

• Conduct routine hygiene check at warehouse facility

• Preparing quality & feedback reports, presentation materials etc.

• Assist the Executive/Manager to administer other related QA programs.
