Responsibilities

The primary objective & Purpose of the role is to assist business activities of Core Connectivity Services especially related to process Documentation, supporting administrative requirement, business reports analysis and management presentations creation. This position is Based in Singapore office working for Vice President (Core & Next Gen connectivity Services), the role requires skills and experience of document writing, presentation creation and reports analysis to create insights from them & communication skills. It will involve working with senior members of the entire business team and managing document repositories.

Major Activities:

  • Process documentation creation, project tracking and Action items follow-ups for ongoing projects in Core Connectivity function.
  • Creation of Management presentations as per requirements
  • Understanding & analysing Business Reports available for the function and creation of actionable insights from them.
  • Manage administrative requirement and Support for entire Core Connectivity team including coordination for global team.
  • Understand internal administrative needs of the team and work with cross functional teams across the organization to resolve them.
  • Maintain relationships with key internal customers/partners of the function and demonstrate the ability to build new relationships at an appropriate pace and management level.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Ideally degree educated or equivalent.
Requisite Skills:
  • Positive & Flexible Attitude, learning aptitude, can-do attitude and ability to work in cross[1]cultural environment.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous situation sometimes
  • Knowledge of English Language (verbal/written) and Document writing
  • Strong spreadsheet, business presentation & reports analysis capabilities
  • Appropriate attention to detail
  • Sensitive to cross cultural, inter-personal & regional issues
Work Experience:
  • Ideal candidates will have at least at least two years\' experience of working in documentation and management presentation creation activities.
  • Comfortable in rapidly changing environments and with incomplete information.
  • Willingness to work outside of \'normal working hours\' when necessary to accommodate other times zones and/or different working days.
  • Able to work alone and on all required work items regardless of topic or significance
