Our client is a newly established ship lease finance firm with a robust foundation of ~$500 million in seed assets. The mission is to bridge the growing funding gap in the shipping market by providing capital for vessel upgrades, acquisitions, and refinancings. As traditional ship-lending banks retreat, our client is seizing the opportunity to lead the sector with a fresh approach and ambitious growth plans.What You\'ll Do:
Versatile Role: Engage in a wide range of tasks from financial modelling and credit analysis to drafting pitch materials and negotiating deals.
Dynamic Environment: Collaborate closely with senior management and key stakeholders, influencing critical business decisions and strategy.
Hands-On Experience: Take charge of lease origination, sector analysis, and portfolio monitoring, while also participating in fundraising efforts and capital attraction.What We\'re Looking For:
Experience: At least 3 years in banking, a big-4 accounting firm, or a large shipping company. Credit experience and familiarity with loans or leasing structures are highly desirable.
Skills: Strong financial modelling and accounting skills. Shipping industry knowledge is a plus but not essential.
