You will support the execution of strategic initiatives that uplift eCommerce payment volume across AP markets. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams--including Product, Value Added Services, Client Services, Risk, Legal, and Market teams--to deliver measurable impact and accelerate Visa's digital transformation.
Program management of strategic network initiatives that drives the ecosystem forward to support future growth
Assist in developing marketing strategy and execution, collaborating with marketing and market teams to develop the right set plays for key eCommerce markets
Contribute to marketing campaign planning and performance tracking, ensuring that campaigns move the needle in driving awareness and adoption of Visa's digital services
Analyze and report on eCommerce payment volume trends across AP markets, identify shifts in volumes and ideating on potential solutions
Partner with product, client services and market teams to deliver on key initiatives
Support monthly reporting of team OKRs, measuring the progress and performance of digital solutions based on key enablement metrics
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Degree in any relevant discipline with 2 or more years of work experience
1-2 years experience in product management, strategy, consulting or innovation
Strong analytical skill set and able to drive analysis of data independently
Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling complex challenges
Strong sense of ownership and project management skills
Understanding of and interest in how users interact with digital payment experiences and what drives conversion
Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams and stakeholders
A strong knowledge of payment industry products, services and technologies, eCommerce business is a plus
