Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer for Learning Needs Analysis for Workforce Transformation

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are looking for enthusiastic and professional trainers to impart the relevant knowledge and skills to Learners to understand the need and objective for a Learning Need Analysis (LNA), designing and conducting the LNA, and presenting the recommendations of the LNA to stakeholders.
  • Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment.
  • Conduct target learner profile analysis for corporate customers.
  • Partner with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and solutions, and identify/implement and successfully manage the execution of the training
  • Able to analysis both the quantitative and qualitative data from the LNA data collection.
  • Craft out end-to-end pre and post course corporate solutioning.
  • Contextualise programme objectives, desired learning outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Customise delivery schedule to company\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • Conduct thought-mapping process to link company goals and objectives to solutions.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably Degree Holder.
  • Preferably candidates with relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ACLP or DACE/DDDLP.


OTHER INFORMATION
  • At least 15 years of relevant working experience holding senior leadership position.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service ethic, good experience in applied research in organisational settings, strong Learning & Development (L&D) experience, exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, and manage multi-situation thinking on your feet.
  • Strong strategic management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to motivate and engage learners and provide fun while imparting values using games and activities.
  • Flexible communication strategies to convince clients to reflect, adopt and apply concepts for an LNA.
  • Proven expertise on analysing applied/organisational data to derive insight for formulating strategic workforce capability intervention.
  • Proven expertise in delivering synchronous online teaching and group activities in an engaging and facilitative manner that is conducive for adult professional peer co-learning.
  • Proven experience in prioritising resources to strengthen operations and deliver value to meet the identified business and market needs.
  • Proven experience in establishing alignment among different stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 needs and objectives to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in identifying important and relevant external and internal drivers which will impact the (client) company in the immediate, short and medium term.
