DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer for Strategic Assessment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are looking for enthusiastic and professional trainers to deliver training on performing strategic assessment.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service ethic, strong strategic management experience, exceptional facilitation skills, displays creativity and agility and handles ambiguity with ease.
  • Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment.
  • Conduct training needs analysis for corporate customers.
  • Partner with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and solutions, and identify/implement and successfully manage the execution of the plan.
  • Craft out end-to-end pre and post course corporate solutioning.
  • Contextualise programme objectives, desired learning outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Customised delivery schedule to company’s needs.
  • Conduct thought-mapping process to link company goals and objectives to solutions.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably Degree Holder.
  • Preferably candidates with relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ACLP or DACE/DDDLP.


OTHER INFORMATION
  • At least 15 years of relevant working experience holding senior leadership position.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage learners and provide fun while imparting values using games and activities.
  • Positive communication strategies to get clients to reflect and apply the concepts.
  • Proven experience on developing strategic assessment documents, business plans, future trends, technologies, and resources requirements.
  • Proven expertise in collecting data to perform strategic analysis on:
    • Organisation’s Performance
    • Organisation’s Marketing Strategy
    • Industry and Market Data
    • Competitors’ Data
    • Customer Issues
    • Supplier Issues
    • Performance Metrics
    • Operational Issues
  • Proven expertise in performing the following strategic analysis
    • Trend Analysis
    • SWOT Analysis
    • Customer, employee, industry, and market analysis
    • Competitive Advantages analysis
