Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer for Strategic Roadmapping

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • We are looking for enthusiastic and professional trainers to chart a time-based strategic roadmap which would help the enterprise and workforce to transform.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service ethic, strong strategic management experience, exceptional facilitation skills, displays creativity and agility and handles ambiguity with ease.
  • Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment.
  • Conduct training needs analysis for corporate customers.
  • Partner with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and solutions, and identify/implement and successfully manage the execution of the plan.
  • Craft out end-to-end pre and post course corporate solutioning.
  • Contextualise programme objectives, desired learning outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Customised delivery schedule to company\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • Conduct thought-mapping process to link company goals and objectives to solutions.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably Degree Holder.
  • Preferably candidates with relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ACLP or DACE/DDDLP.


OTHER INFORMATION
  • At least 20 years of relevant working experience holding senior leadership position.
  • Strong strategic management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage learners and provide fun while imparting values using games and activities.
  • Positive communication strategies to get clients to reflect and apply the concepts.
  • Proven expertise on developing strategic assessment documents, business plans, future trends, technologies, and resources requirements.
  • Proven experience in prioritising resources to strengthen operations and deliver value to meet the identified business and market needs.
  • Proven experience in establishing alignment among different stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 needs and objectives to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in identifying important and relevant external and internal drivers which will impact the company currently, soon, later.
  • Proven expertise in identifying inflection point for mass recognition/adaptation/influence of organisation\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.
  • Proven expertise in developing project initiatives necessary to achieve each of the product / service ideas based on delivery timeframe
  • Proven expertise in developing a strategic roadmap storyboard.
