Associate Trainer Senior Services (integrated Care)

Job Description
:
- Deliver/Facilitate classroom/virtual training and conduct competency-based assessments in accordance to approved training materials and assessment formats
- Maintain and keep up to date of one's own body of knowledge relating to care practices in community care settings
- Possess WSQ ACTA or ACLP qualification
- WSQ DACE qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Possess Healthcare related qualifications such as Nitec in Nursing, Nitec in Community Care and Social Services, Diploma in Nursing, Degree in Nursing, etc.
- Some years of work experience in Community Care sector is advantageous
- Possess some experience in standup training delivery and facilitation in several of the following areas preferred:
- Workplace Safety and Health in Healthcare
- Hygiene and Infection Control
- Oral Feeding
- Patient Transfer with Mobility Aids
- Elderly Toileting
- Chronic Diseases Management
- Measuring and Recording of Vital Signs
- Medication Administration
- Common Mental Health Conditions
- Patient Centered Approach
- Activities of Daily Living and Hygiene Practices for the Elderly
- Good communication skills and able to relate to learners of various demographics and background
- Possess working level IT literacy in operating computers/laptops, LCD projectors, MS Office productivity applications, emails and smartphone applications
