Job Description

Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Capital Markets Practice within a prestigious US law firm in Singapore. The team is composed of top tier lawyers and advises leading issuers, investment banks and investors in equity and debt transactions that raise capital through the global public and private capital markets. This role will support a new partner in the practice driving the strategic growth of South East Asian companies raising capital in the US.

Requirements:
- Associate with 3-6 years PQE with a solid background in Equity Capital Markets, ideally with US law experience;
- Must be admitted to practice law in the US;
- A solid academic background is also crucial as transcripts will be requested during the screening process.
