Elite law firm would like to hire a mid level associate to join their India capital markets team. This role is a great opportunity for candidates who would like a good mix of high value work.
This award-winning team represents issuers and underwriters in both US and international securities transactions, particularly in initial public offerings, private placements, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, offerings of convertible debt, equity-linked and derivative products, structured finance, and exchange offers.
Top Cravath rates + full relocation + low taxation on offer.
Key requirements:
- 3-5 PQE (US scale);
- Top academics;
- Peer firm training or experience (top tier US/Magic Circle);
- Experience working on India-focused transactions.
