Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage ad-hoc and regular data analytics for SG Demand Management Program to optimize operations efficiencies for Cash, Loans, IDEAL & BusinessCare
- Perform data understanding, cleansing and analysis of big data to identify target customers/ segments opportunities
- Set the reporting metrics and prototype for ongoing demand management measurement and reporting
- Work with Demand Management Lead to set the governance at programme level to define, measure and derive successful metrics, aligning the key stakeholders with programme visions and roadmap
- Plan and organise the meetings to provide the timely updates to the senior management regularly
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent
- 1-3 years of working experiences in data analysis function in the commercial banks preferred
- Proficient in R, Python programming language
- Experience working in cross functional, and regional level teams would be advantageous
