The Corporate Infrastructure Services Department (CISD) at GIC focuses on maintaining a best-in-class workplace environment that enables employees to perform at their highest potential. Within CISD, the Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement (ESP) team provides strategic procurement and sourcing support, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, value optimization, and quality assurance across all organizational activities.

The Travel Programme Manager role sits within CISD and oversees GIC's global business travel programme, a vital operational function supporting business continuity, employee safety, and travel efficiency.
This strategic role shapes the overall travel direction, ensures compliance with policies and governance, enhances traveller experience, and optimizes relationships with external travel partners. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between GIC's internal stakeholders, vendors, and the appointed Travel Management Company (TMC), driving improvements through data, technology adoption, and best practices in travel management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong service orientation, business acumen, and an ownership mindset that fosters continual improvement while ensuring that GIC's travel operations deliver value, safety, and compliance globally.
