Join dynamic team as the Associate/Director, Retail Leasing and play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape across a prestigious portfolio of shopping malls in Asia. We are seeking a visionary leader with a robust network among major retailers and F&B operators. Your mission will be to spearhead the curation of tenants, introduce innovative retail concepts, and manage the malls\' unique positioning and location-based strategies.Your expertise in management contracts and JV partnerships will be crucial as you work closely with a portfolio of shopping malls to enhance the retail planning, implement an effective tenancy mix, and infuse the shopping experience with new and exciting concepts. Your hunter personality will be key in securing high-quality tenants and maintaining the vibrancy and competitiveness of our malls.To qualify for this role, you will have more than 15 years experience with strong relationships with retailers.
