With an impressive portfolio of properties, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Retail Leasing to drive the leasing initiatives for our retail properties and contribute to the continued success of our retail portfolio.

As the Head of Retail Leasing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the retail leasing strategy for our diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail market, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully securing and managing leasing agreements with a variety of tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for retail properties to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential tenants.

- Tenant Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive and compelling leasing materials.

- Negotiation and Deal Closure:

• Lead lease negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of lease documents.

- Portfolio Optimization:

• Analyze and assess the performance of existing leases to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
• Recommend strategic adjustments to enhance the overall value of the retail portfolio.

- Market Intelligence:

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and retail industry developments.
• Utilize market intelligence to identify and pursue new leasing opportunities.

- Team Leadership:

• Manage a leasing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven leasing department.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail leasing with a strong track record of successful deal closures.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail market, industry trends, and leasing best practices.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a leasing team.
