Our client is an established specialist boutique law firm that works closely with VC-backed start-ups and PE firms. Given their growth and influx of work, they would like to bring onboard a Senior Associate, Banking & Finance to join their team. This is an excellent role for a Banking & Finance lawyer to utilise their experience in early/growth-stage funding work, as well as broader exposure to take on funds/ M&A related work.

Responsibilities

Reporting to a key Partner, this role will be responsible in handling a range of financing matters within the start-up space. Further, given the lean team, this role will also be expected to be enthusiastic in developing proficiency in other areas such as funds, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate work.

Requirements

You should be a Singapore qualified lawyer, between 4- 8 years PQE.

Ideally, the successful candidate should be a seasoned banking & finance lawyer, or having experience in such work and would like to develop deeper expertise.
