Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO & project leaders in servicing an existing portfolio of SGX-listed and privately-owned companies to help them achieve their IR/PR objectives
• Regular communication with C-Suite executives to understand their IR/PR objectives in order to plan or refine their IR/PR roadmap accordingly
• Prepare relevant communication collateral, which includes corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, website information, and quarterly/yearly financial reports, that incorporates our clients\xe2\x80\x99 positioning and key messages
• Co-develop and execute IR/PR strategies on a case-by-case basis effectively based on the clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements among the targeted audience of analysts, investors, and media
• Organise and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and media interviews for clients
• Proactively seek out media feature opportunities, be it corporate or personality profiling to improve clients\xe2\x80\x99 publicity and awareness in Singapore and the region
• Carry out media monitoring for clients\xe2\x80\x99 and prepare summary reports of IR-related activities

Candidate Criteria:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or Accounting
• Good English and Chinese business writing and verbal communication abilities
• Able to multi-task, work under time pressure and provide consistent high-quality work
• Fresh graduates with a proactive altitude and willing to make an impact are welcomed
