Associate/Senior Associate, KDB Venture Team 1. Overview - KDB Singapore is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Venture team which covers South East Asian region. - The incumb Associate/Senior Associate, KDB Venture Team 1. Overview - KDB Singapore is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Venture team which covers South East Asian region. - The incumbent will be mainly responsible for supporting venture business. This role includes initial transaction review, due diligence, negotiation/coordinating process of potential investment, financial modelling and other advisory / research tasks. 2. Responsibilities o Venture investment support: Deal Sourcing, Review & Execution support - Networking with peers in other venture capitals, institutional investors & starups - Deal sourcing & screening: call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate opportunities - Support Head Office with due diligence review and the credit approval process - Conduct background checks on the prospects - Perrform valuation analysis - Assist in documentation and KYC process - Perform all other duties requested by the Team Head and Head Office. o Research & conference arrangement support - Perform analyses and researches on the countries, venture industries in relation with the bank's venture business - Collect information and data on venture ecosystem - Arrangement and preparation of virtual and offline IR events and conferences 3. Requirements o Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, investment and/or relevant work experience at venture capital and/or private equity o Strong MS Excel skills o Strong writing and oral communication skills and o Highly motivated, supportive and collaborative
