Job Description


:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior members of the team in originating, developing, advising, managing and executing structured funding solutions to a broad range of clients, for example in the Power, Telecommunications, Utilities, Renewables and Energy market.
  • Preparation of financial proposals.
  • Assist in the structuration of facilities and coordination with Lawyers and other Departments from the bank.
  • Research on potential business opportunities and contribution to new business development.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in the industry.
  • Preparation of credit applications.
  • Monitoring of risk and financial covenant.
  • Follow up on existing transactions and customers of the bank.
Required Skills:
  • A good degree in Banking & Finance, Accountancy & Legal disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience with strong analytical, credit and advisory skills.
  • Experience in project finance transactions with a strong track record of working on closed transactions in a variety of infrastructure sectors (transport & social, telecoms, power & renewables, oil & gas).
  • Strong modeling capability, familiarity with complex project/acquisition financing solutions (incl. senior debt & subordinated and mezzanine debt) and a full awareness of project structuring issues,
  • Highly self-motivated and result-oriented individual with team spirit.
  • Strong written and interpersonal relationship skills
