Our collaborative and multidisciplinary approach marries rigour of thick data analysis with strategic frameworking such that we can address client issues across the value chain - Future visioning and growth opportunity mapping, business purpose, building strong purpose-led brands and conceptualizing new products & services. The current requirement is for an entry-level associate who may be a fresh graduate or up to 2 year experience in a related field such as qualitative research, brand planning, advertising, innovation/ideation, customer experience etc. WHO YOU ARE . Sharp eyed and bendy brained individuals . Advanced degree, preferably a masters in a relevant field . At least one of, but ideally two of, the following areas of expertise - market research, brand strategy, innovation, cultural analysis, semiotics, and trends . Exhibit strategic thinking during all stages of the project . Curiosity for knowledge regarding people, culture, brands, and business . Resourceful in seeking out information and thrives on solving big problems . Self-starters who are Proactive and happy to get on with things . Ability to express exceptionally well, verbally and in writing, in English KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Running projects from commission to delivery (with support). Aim to work on at least 2 - 3 per month . Handling key tasks that involve fieldwork, basic client management, proposal and debrief writing . Attend client meetings and translate these into proposals that will be overseen by a lead . Exhibit cutting edge thinking when contributing to final outputs (PowerPoint, Workshops etc.) . Willingness to be to be trained in aspects of qualitative techniques, innovation funnels & other frameworks . Contributing to business development and the Quantum offer EDUCATION Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a liberal arts, social sciences field with a strong inclination to understand culture & brands . Sociology/Social Anthropology/Human Geography . Semiotics/Linguistics . Philosophy . English Literature/Creative writing . History . Business with minor & strong interest in above fields .
