[What you will be working on]
1. To assist in the day-to-day CET course admin and course operations such as processing daily payment settlement, billing to corporate clients, process refund and any financial related matters
2. Checking and updating of payment / funding status
3. Administration and management of grant claim
4. Submission of report(s) to internal and external agencies and other related matters.
5. Provision of a wide range of administrative and management support including project/development works
6. Able to work on staggered hours basis to support early morning office commencement, or evening classes and roadshows/events
[What we are looking for]
1. Relevant qualification in business administration or accounting is preferred
2. At least 2 years of working experience in a fast pace environment
3. Positive attitude and friendly disposition
4. Good oral and written communications, as well as interpersonal skills
5. Able to multi-task and must be meticulous, organised and IT-savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
6. Executive to communicate with customers/ adult learners/ trainees who usually speak in English and/or Mandarin. Knowledge of English and Mandarin dialects is essential.
7. Workplace is located at Lifelong Learning Institute (Paya Lebar MRT Station)
