Job Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Executive at the Institute for Governance & Leadership (IGL @LKYS) within the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Programme Planning and Operations: As a Senior Executive, your primary responsibility is to plan and execute our leadership training programs and collaborative projects effectively. This includes meticulously designing program schedules, logistics coordination, participant management, and ensuring program delivery meets high standards.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with key stakeholders, including program participants, faculty, external partners, and relevant government agencies, is crucial. Effective communication, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement are essential aspects of this role.
3. Procurement: Managing resources is vital for the success of our programs. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and managing necessary resources, including identifying vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting and analysing data related to program outcomes, participant feedback, and financial performance is essential for informed decision-making and measuring program effectiveness. Generating regular reports is part of this responsibility.
5. Billings and Payments: Managing financial aspects, including billing, invoicing, and payments related to program fees, sponsorships, and partnerships.
6. General Administration: Supporting day-to-day operations, including office management, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in program operations, procurement, billing, and general administration.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budget tracking.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
