In addition to managing the day-to-day club operations, you will have the rewarding opportunity to bring your unique ideas and solutions to the plate and make big changes to the way we operate. We seek a dynamic and passionate Club Manager to meet our rapid expansion needs. The opportunities for growth are tremendous, with more clubs opening in Singapore Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the club,
• Ensure delivery of excellent member service,
• Develop the business activities by building strong relationships with members, build new lead generation plans and identify new business opportunities,
• Grow, mentor, manage, and train members of your team,
• Be prepared to take on extra duties, development, and problem-solving tasks as necessary,
• Conduct daily club activity summary calls to ensure achievement of daily sales targets,
• Provide strong leadership which models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintain high personal visibility within the club,
• Ensure the club achieves the operational KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and targets,
• Ensure operational frameworks and standard operating practices are being implemented consistently,
• Assist in accounting and financial reporting to our senior managers.
• Sales and Marketing Experience would be great

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have more than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of leading and managing teams; experience in the fitness industry is requirement,
• Good leadership skills with a successful track record of developing people and spotting talent,
• Excellent knowledge of the industry and operational challenges,
• Able to deliver real improvement \xe2\x80\x93 able to get things done, strong influencing skills,
• Good communication skills with all levels of the business,
• Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams,
• Clear, logical, and analytical thinker,
• High standards, get the basics right
• Local knowledge and experience and/or cultural sensitivity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month Benefits:
