Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Source for new business on office furniture and office interior design/renovation business
2. Attend to sales lead from Japan HQ
3. Attend to existing customers and new customers' needs
4. Handle & communicate with Japanese clients is a must in order to grow in Asean region
5. Prepare quotation
6. Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, designers to ensure jobs are executed properly
7. Monitor job progression (ie Revenue/Cost) and report to Management
8. Follow up collection
9. Overseas business travelling maybe required
10. Other duties assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Prefer to have 1-3 years of working experience in office furniture/renovation
2. Able to communicate with Japanese customers. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
3. Able to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure and problem solving abilities
4. Passionate, independent, eye for details, creative, team player & self motivated
5. Able to communicate with people at all levels
