Job Description
- Company Van provided (drive back)
- Mon - Fri: 8.30am till 5.30pm
- Sat: 8.30am till 12.30pm
- Salary up to $3k+ AWS+Vb
- Service Centre at Jurong East
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment at customers site
- Checks parts needed and ascertain costs of parts
- Repair products assigned
- Update repair status in the system and follow up the case until job finish
- Answer customers\' queries about repair details and parts change
- Escalate case to company if necessary
- Min 1 year of hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Valid class 3 license
