Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSE:
The Assistant Manager of Clinical Transformation, Clinical and Academic Development, will support the Assistant Director and Director in providing administrative and operational support in driving clinical innovation, academic excellence and operational transformation across NHG Heart Institute (NHGHI) and NHG MIC@Home.
2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the formulation and execution of development plans for NHGHI and NHG MIC@Home.
• Contribute to manpower planning and resource optimization to meet evolving healthcare needs.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret clinical and operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Assist in tracking clinical indicators and outcome measures to support quality improvement.
• Assist in annual workplans, budgeting, and forecasting to align with strategic goals.
• Provide secretariat support for key committees, including logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across NHG institutions to ensure seamless development and integration of initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
• Organize events that promote cardiology education and community outreach.
• Support the development of academic and research initiatives in cardiovascular medicine.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education/Training/Experience

• Bachelor degree from a recognised institution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
