Roles & Responsibilities User Analyst (Assistant Manager) The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• Support the implement of new Billing system and any system enhancement subsequently in NUHS Cluster
• Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders in the development/ support of new system in the public healthcare landscape as a Subject Matter Expert. This includes analysing the end to end processes from charging, billing and claims under various patient settings (Inpatient, Day Surgery, Outpatient, Emergency, Community Hospital and Primary Care) and special scenarios.
• Responsible for the documentation of system workflow/ set-up documentation for the various patient settings and to ensure that they are kept up to date with MOH policies and billing system design.
• Partner with stakeholders from various sites in ensuring completeness in documentation and testing for business needs.
• Design/ Create test scenarios with business stakeholders.
• Perform end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) from charging to billing and interface to various downstream system. Test execution and verification and follow-up on UAT defects.
• Quantify results of process change/ improvements and involve in change management process with key stakeholders.
• Provide end user training on all new/ updated processes.

• Degree in Business / Information Technology or the equivalent or related disciplines with more than 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Project management, change management and facilitation experience in matrixed environment.
• Experience in business processes and system in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
• Knowledge/expertise of Finance module in SAP FICO/ SAP IS-H
• Pro-active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team.
• Able to work in a dynamic face paced environment
