JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and self-driven Commercial and Retail Performance Asst. Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational success of all on-going corporate retail projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including commercial, Retail & Education, Finance, HR and IT to ensure achievement of project milestones with excellence. You will also actively support in transforming Travel Retail APAC Retail business through effective data interpretation and upskilling of retail population.

This role scope will cover L\'Oreal Travel Retail business for Asia Pacific (North Asia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, SEA, Pacific).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive and Manage New Corporate Retail Projects

\xc2\xb7 Support project management and drive retail projects operational work (eg: Project framing for commercial input/End user collection/UAT)

\xc2\xb7 Ensure project milestones are moving to timeline by driving a solution mindset

\xc2\xb7 Identify project operational issues/opportunities by constantly engaging project core team and retail population to capture business needs

Define Retail Platform Process Management

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Retail Performance Analyst and Retail Performance Executive to define key insights and communicate work processes from existing platform output

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Retail Performance Executive to identify and define existing platform enhancement to achieve Corporate Retail KPIs

Cross-functional Collaboration

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with TRAP commercial teams to clearly define business needs required to frame retail projects

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with O+O IT team to ensure business needs are supported by IT platform (eg: Salesforce/Microsoft) capabilities

\xc2\xb7 Partner with HRBP to ensure commercial population upskilling needs are well represented and support to co-ordinate trainings

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Finance team to work on TRAP BA Headcount budgeting

\xc2\xb7 Build networks within L\'Oreal TRAP to identify opportunities for Corporate Retail platforms can be leveraged

Project Training and Upskilling of Retail population

\xc2\xb7 Partner HRBP to define upskilling opportunities for Retail population (eg: Job Must/Skills Must)

\xc2\xb7 Support Asia Campus and HR Learning through training co-ordination (eg: RSVP/Socialize training plans/physical workshop setup)

\xc2\xb7 Engage and feedback retail population business needs to HR Learning to frame training needs

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years working experience in commercial strategy and business development role

\xc2\xb7 Self driven with a can-do mindset that can deal with ambiguity, coupled with commercial experience.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple commercial related projects, with an understanding of retail operational aspects

\xc2\xb7 Experience in P&C, FMCG industry is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using retail management systems, Salesforce/Microsoft software is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint

\xc2\xb7 Excellent command of spoken and written English (must) and Chinese is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented with strong presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and hands-on, able to translate strategy into concrete actions

\xc2\xb7 A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with internal stakeholders at operational and senior levels. Good at facilitating and leading meetings
