Drive the talent development and management of the Community Care Scholarships, such as engagement of scholars and talents, track and enable their continuous development of careers in the sector
Review, recommend and implement the talent development, engagement and management policies and practices to build up a strong talent and leadership pipeline for the sector
Review and streamline operational and administrative processes in relation to Community Care Scholarships
Support talent attraction through Community Care Scholarships and involve in its publicity efforts, including career talks and information sessions, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Support in Community Care sector branding and publicity efforts for Community Care Scholarship with internal and external stakeholders
Involve in programmes budget planning, monitoring and utilisation, or committees/special projects, where required
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of working experience
Possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and an aptitude in problem-solving
Ability to function in a highly dynamic organisation
Proactive, self-motivated, versatile and meticulous, with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
