\xc2\xb7 Supervise and lead a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and training

\xc2\xb7 Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages and overstocking.

\xc2\xb7 Continuously analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

\xc2\xb7 Establish and enforce quality control standards to uphold the integrity of products and services throughout the logistics process.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing logistics operations, including safety standards, permits, and licenses.

\xc2\xb7 Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret operational data, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a customer-centric approach by addressing customer concerns, optimizing delivery schedules, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Develop contingency plans and protocols to address unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or transportation disruptions, to minimize disruptions in logistics operations.

\xc2\xb7 Min O\xe2\x80\x99 Level, NITEC or Diploma in Logistics Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Willing to perform 12 hours shift
