Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing production activities, production flows and ensure daily quality, productivity targets are met
- Plan production schedules according to available manpower, equipment and material.
- \xef\xbb\xbfPerform continuous improvements in quality and maximise manufacturing capacity
- Plan and managing production target and ensure timely response to operation issues
- Manage team performance including talent selection and performance review \xef\xbb\xbf
- Ensure all the employees are follow department training and safety measurement\xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Manufacturing/Production Engineering or It\'s equivalent
- At least 4 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Good team managing and communication skills \xef\xbb\xbf
- Able to lead a team to achieve company goal
- Able to work with team
