Job Scope * Liaise, co-ordinate and follow-up on any Quality issues pertaining to manufacturing with regards to Allied Telesis Products. * Track and drive continual improvement program & Quality Job Scope Liaise, co-ordinate and follow-up on any Quality issues pertaining to manufacturing with regards to Allied Telesis Products. Track and drive continual improvement program & Quality issues thru' weekly and monthly yield review in monitoring and ensuring effectiveness of action taken with proper control in-placed and documented. Manufacturing Processes and Quality control of MP's are well managed and compliance to ATA requirements. Attend to ATA production issues pertaining to PCBA produced, co-ordinate, feedback and follow-up in ensuring issues is being properly addressed, resolved & closed. Respond & follow-up on all feedback from Design Centers & Internal / External Customers, ensure all issues are response and prompt following-up action in updating on progress of status. Follow-up with Corrective Action, Purge and Stop Ship / Build activities should need arises, capturing history tracking of critical issues and upload onto share server for tracking and future referencing. Cross-site audit, to conduct Critical Processes Audit at manufacturing partners' sites and ATA. Prepare and present reports, metrics to Management. Requirement Min 2 years experience in manufacturing of Telecommunications products or related field Diploma in electronics engineering or relevant discipline Some experience with variety of different techniques such as Automated Testing, Macro Script Test, Test Driver Strategies. Basic experience in PCBA analysis and processes. Basic knowledge and experience in VB.net, ASP.net & VB6.0 Related experience in MS SQL Positive attitude and willing to learn Good interpersonal and communication skill Team player
