They are looking for committed individuals to join their business as a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager.

They are looking for committed individuals to join their business as a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager.

Job Details:

• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm
• Location: Changi
• Bonus: AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Acquiring new clients from local/overseas through multiple channels (e.g. cold calling, email reachout)
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiating terms and margins with clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Client Management: Maintaining good business relationships with new and existing custoers, and being the main contact point for key partners.
• Cross-functional responsibilities: Working with departments such as operations and finance to ensure effective and efficient client onboarding.
• Sales team mentorship: Ensuring all sales executives meet/exceed all productivity expectations for propspecting, calls, appointments, presentations.

The Talent

• Diploma/Degree in a related field
• Min. 3-5 years of sales experience. Relevant experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapid changing environment.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
• Proactive and resourceful, whilst being a strong networker and relationship builder.
