Assistant Technical Service Specialist (Field/ Healthcare/ Maintenance)

Salary Up to $3000 + Allowances (Transport + Weekend)

Responsibilities:
Perform new customers and laboratory site inspections for new contract / tender preparations and design for new installations
Provide Level I & II service (Complex Service Interventions)
Installation of instruments, AbbottLink, and Automation
Perform IQOQ (Installation Qualification Operation Qualification) procedures during and after installation
Schedule, perform and document hardware and software updates (TSBs)
Deliver basic customer operator introductory trainings post installation or post hardware or software upgrade
Spare parts and inventory management
Timely submission and update reporting system (eg. CMS Next)
Comply to Abbott Quality and Regulatory Compliance and policies
Assist Technical Service Specialist with any adhoc duties as assigned
On Main Duty during Saturday and Sunday
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Bioengineering/Electrical/ Mechanical) or Medical Technology is ideal
Minimum 2 years\' related experience in Field Service Engineering, experience in Diagnostics/Healthcare is ideal
Willing to be on standby after work hours/ work overtime to resolve emergency service issues
Willing to be on duty for weekends and public holiday
Proven track record in a similar position and successful engagement with customers, specifically key stakeholders, and lab staff
Excellent product and industry knowledge, experience, and process skills of the business functions service delivery
Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues, technical expert for product line responsibility
Excellent communication skills, experience in use of analytical tools and software
