Job Description

Reporting to the Director, CHI, People Development Office , you will lead in the management and analysis of learning-related data within the organization. This role is also responsible for optimizing data processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to enhance the Learning and Development (L&D) functions. By leveraging databases, data management, automation tools, and analysis tools, as well as streamlining workflows, automate reporting to support data-driven decision-making. You will also be responsible in:

• Develop, implement, and maintain databases and systems for capturing, storing and organizing learning-related data
• Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) to extract, analyze, and interpret learning data, identifying trends and insights that inform L&D strategies and operations
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on key metrics budget utilisation, course completion rates, and training effectiveness
• Streamline workflows across the L&D team to enhance efficiency, reduce duplication of effort, and increase productivity
• Collaborate with IT and relevant teams to integrate systems and automate data flows between platforms

• A degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a related field, preferably in Learning and Development
• Experience with learning management systems is preferred
• Proficiency in database management, and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
