  • Design and develop comprehensive learning programmes focused on innovation, tech and leadership, in collaboration with internal and/or external subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure programme content is relevant, engaging and aligned with business needs
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars for diverse audiences
  • Work closely with stakeholders on projects to improve the learning and overall culture at Certis
  • Administrative management of learning programmes, which includes but not limited to manage annual learning calendar, market programmes, make logistical arrangements, monitor feedback and participation rates, perform analytics and drive implementation of programmes enhancements
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Organizational Development, Education or other related disciplines.
  • Experience (2 years or more) designing, developing, and implementing effective cultural and leadership development & programs that are practical, realistic, and produce measurable impact.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a convincing and inspiring manner.
  • A keen eye for details to effectively manage and track training administration
  • Excellent facilitation skills and strong desire to deliver world class training programmes
  • Certification in Crucial Conversations, Mutipliers, 7 Habits / Insight Colors and other developmental tools will have an advantage
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools like PowerBI will be advantageous
