Key Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic Communication

• Engage internal and external stakeholders to develop communication plan and roadmap aligned with national implementation of health strategy.
• Proactively plan and deliver internal or external communication including the implementation of mainstream and digital media strategy, market or social media campaigns to deliver messages, consultation and surveys, etc.
• Proactively distill insights to enable internal teams to innovate or improve in program development approach and outreach, and ensure all appropriate channels are used to reach and engage with different target audiences.

Corporate and Marketing Communication

• Key deliverables include: communications, marketing and campaign development and delivery; web and digital development and delivery, "brand" and media management;
• Support the engagement and activation of residents, health and community partners to identify strengths and assets in the community;
• Participate in the engagement of internal and external stakeholders, and assist in co-creating solutions to build self-managed and resilient communities;
• Support resident activation Programme leads in community-based programme design, development and implementation based on local community needs, strengths and assets;
• Participate in the outreach of new community partners that will match needs of integrated care program development;
• Manage resources within set budgets and timelines by monitoring key performance indicators and ensure optimum utilisation of resources;

Job Requirements

• University Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution, preferably in Healthcare, Business, Communications, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Sports Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare (or related) industry and/or 5 years of corporate or marketing communications' experience or research, preferably in the healthcare industry
• With more than 5 years of experience will be considered for the senior position
• Experience with partnerships / collaborations with community stakeholders
