This position is responsible for picking up and delivering chemical wastes in approved containers;
loading and unloading drummed waste material; and hooking up sets of trailers. s:
Assist driver & perform timely, safely collections & deliveries of hazardous chemicals in drums,
IBC or ISO tanks.

• Prepare equipments & items for collections & deliveries unique to each customer.
• Responsible for loading & unloading of goods in designated areas including segregation of the

incoming waste using pallet jack or forklift.

• Performs visual inspection of goods before collection & delivery.
• Familiar with hazardous chemical handling, able to load & unload goods independently.
• Ensures that the right quantity of goods are collected & delivered.
• Assist driver in Emergency Response including containment of spills and clean-up.
• Maintains and cleans the vehicle & equipments after use.
• Maintains good relations with colleagues & supervisors.
• Maintains good relations between the company and the customer.
• Act as a service quality ambassador for Veolia.
• Strong and evident EHS culture.
• Attendants with class 4 can be assigned to drive during peak periods or assist colleagues when

needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to learn & have a positive attitude.
• Able to read & understand simple English.
• Able to learn safe handling of various hazardous chemical waste.
• Have a strong safety conscious to report near-miss.
• Complete tasks to a high standard.
• Willing and able to work overtime when required.
• Worked in a chemical warehouse or Jurong Island and forklift licence is a plus but not necessary.
• Having a Class 4 licence is a plus but not necessary
• You will work for a company that values their staff.
