Job Description

• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm
• Salary range: $2800 - $3800
• Location: Kallang Bahru [Near Bendemeer MRT]

The Audio Visual Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of audio visual systems for various projects. The Engineer will work closely with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure that all audio visual systems are implemented to meet project requirements and specifications. The Engineer will also be responsible for testing and troubleshooting audio visual systems, as well as providing technical support to clients as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements and specifications for audio visual systems.
• Design and develop audio visual system schematics, floor plans, and wiring diagrams.
• Oversee installation of audio visual systems, including equipment placement, cabling, and integration with other systems.
• Ensure that all audio visual systems meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Test and troubleshoot audio visual systems to identify and resolve any issues.
• Provide technical support to clients, including training on system operation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including system manuals, as-built drawings, and testing reports.
• Work with technicians to schedule and perform regular system maintenance, including firmware updates, software upgrades, and hardware replacements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices for audio visual system design and installation.
• Communicate project updates and status to project managers and clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess with Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related education background.
• Experience in audio visual system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of audio visual system components, including video projectors, sound systems, video walls, and control systems.
• Familiarity with audio visual system design software, such as AutoCAD or Visio.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
