Job Description

Job Objective:

• Plan, Review & Execute to ensure resources are always productive, sufficient and staff possesses the required skillsets to implement the solutions and deliver customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily morning briefing, review schedule planned by the engineers and if necessary, re-arrange according to site conditions, priority and via the most productive method.
• Plan and follow through to ensure Engineers have the relevant skillsets to execute their role
• Perform site inspections to conform and guide Engineers to deliver our best practice and customer experience via the most productive way.
• To identify pitfalls and prevent it through working with Partners, Engineers, and AV Designers.
• To lead and guide the team to overcome persistent unresolved technical challenges through working with Partners, Engineers, and AV Designers.
• Perform Engineering role as and when necessary.

Requirements:

ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual

Crestron CTI-P101, CTI-P201, Extron Control Professional (ECP), Extron Authorized Programmer (EAP)

Kramer Control System Designer (301), Kramer Control System Programmer (302)

Dante Level 1 & 2, Cisco CCNT, CCNA

Must have minimum 4 years of experience in AV industries performing a technical role

Must have minimum 2 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solutions.

Must have a keen interest to manage a Technical Team to be productive, skilful and deliver customer experience.

Must have a keen interest in resources management and is able to demonstrate that they have been practising planning and execution accordingly in their past & current job.

Must be people oriented and have the ability to work together with cross department, partner and customer.

Experience in some of the product like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches.

Experience in similar renowned AV brand like Samsung, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Ev, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc

Experience in Crestron, Extron, AMX, Kramer automation programming will be an added advantage

Experience in DSP programming will be an added advantage
