Together with a core team of Professional Practice professionals, you will be:

• Monitoring of PCAOB current and proposed standards and the potential impact on KPMG Singapore\'s processes, including our audit tools and the application of US audit methodology
• Act as primary contact with KPMG US and regional offices in providing support to Singapore based audit teams to resolve client-specific matters related to the application of PCAOB AS, US GAAS, SOX 404b, SEC rules and US GAAP
• Developing and presenting trainings to update audit teams working on engagements involving PCAOB auditing standards, US GAAS, US GAAP, SOX 404b and/or SEC matters
• Coaching Singapore-based audit teams to achieve technical competencies in applying PCAOB AS and SOX 404b requirements
  

• With at least 8 years of auditing experience, including taking on a leading managerial role in a public accounting firm conducting audits and quarterly reviews under PCAOB and US GAAS standards. Experience working directly with SEC registrants is advantageous.
• Who possess strong technical knowledge of ICOFR requirements, IFRSs and SEC financial reporting issues
• Who possess a keen problem solving mindset
• Who are self-motivated and are able to work independently with minimal supervision
• With the ability to deliver quality presentations and present excellent written deliverables
• Who possess strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team, including providing direction and support to team members
• Who are excellent communicators and influencers, with the ability to establish credibility and positive relationships at all levels in the firm
• Who possess stamina and perseverance in driving audit quality
• a recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as CA Singapore or an equivalent.
• a US CPA is advantageous
