What the role is:

School of Engineering - Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive

What you will be working on:

As a member of the school administration team, you will:

Manage student overseas programme, from reviewing programme proposals, providing guidance to academic staff on process workflow, to maintaining data and records.

Handle scholarship matters, including coordinating student applications, arranging interviews, and liaising with corporate departments.

Track and update donation status, as well as communicating with donors on donation procedures and following up with donors on utilization status.

Provide guidance to academic staff on process workflows in procurement and budgeting.

Provide administrative support for Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) in academic services such as invigilation timetabling, scripts archival and disposal, student Leave of Absence, and bus chartering, etc.

Ensure compliance and coordinate quality assurance audits with key stakeholders.

Provide secretariat duties for meetings and administrative support in major school events, student service and leadership development programmes.

Assume ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

What we are looking for:

At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in educational administration

A strong team player with the ability to work well with all levels of people

Meticulous with good administrative, communication and coordination skills

Proactive with a drive to succeed

Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar in operating web and digital marketing platforms
