Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or directly related field;
Completion of post-graduate programs on auditing principles is an advantage
Preferably with background in Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA)
At least 5 years of related experience in managerial capacity required
Must be willing to work in CB Mall, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan
Job Summary: Support Management in ensuring efficient conduct of independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards by which the company's financial resources and information are managed. Provide leadership in the research, analysis and development of policy to improve operational effectiveness of the company and the internal control system of the company. Undertake research and prepare reports, best practice models, manuals and codes of practice.Support Board of Directors in ensuring the compliance of the Company with issuances from BSP, SEC, AMLC and with BSP's directives from their most recent examination. Lead the development of company policies and procedures for AML compliance based on the issuances of the mentioned government agencies. Assist other departments by reviewing their proposed policies and procedures
