Responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic direction for the audit practice Manage a portfolio of key clients and deliver exceptional audit services Oversee PCAOB and IPO audit engagements and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain and develop strong client relationships while building new business opportunities Oversee quality assurance and ensure full compliance with professional and regulatory standards Guide and mentor audit teams to develop technical excellence (e.g., SFRS, IFRS, US GAAP, ACRA, PCAOB) Participate actively in firm-wide leadership, operational planning, and growth initiatives Lead technical discussions on complex accounting and auditing matters Drive innovation and continuous improvement in audit methodology and practice management

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) At least 10 years of progressive experience in external audit Proven track record in client management and business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and sound judgment Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead audit teams effectively Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and commercial acumen
