Job Description
Position : Audit Partner
Location: Middle Road [ Bugis - 6500nearest mrt station ]
Working days: 5 days
Working time: 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Salary range: $6500 - $8000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the audit practice, including planning, leading and finalizing audit engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional client service.
- Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the firm.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in audit and assurance services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards, professional ethics, and firm policies.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of audit staff.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent.
- Public practice licence will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance services.
- Proven track record in leading and managing audit engagements, including engagement planning, risk assessment, and audit execution.
- Business development acumen and a proven ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
