$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• New automation Project implementation, Design layout and Vision system, installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair activities with an emphasis on automation machinery and robotic systems.
• Support Principal Automation Engineer/Automation Engineer in providing technical support in computerized automation/robotic systems.
• Perform machinery and equipment installation, setup, servicing, maintenance and repair job , and ensure automation/robotic systems remain in a validated and functional state at all times, including setting up or calibration check.
• Ensure that automation equipment is well maintained and in good working condition to support production or engineering runs with minimum downtime.
• Ensure timely diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of identified automation/robotic system issues.
• Perform routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters and prompt updating of the monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications, including setting up or calibration checks.
• Prepare trouble reports and be involved in work improvement projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and/or management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, and control systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
