Automation Engineer - Joo Koon [LKH] Training Provided !!

Our client is manufacturer of precision plastic components.
They provide one-stop, turnkey plastic solutions, including product & mould designs, mould fabrication, injection moulding, complementary finishings, through to the precision assembly of complete products.
Currently they hiring Automation Engineer (Perm) for their Joo Koon plant.
Working hour : Mon - Fri Office Hour.
Working location : Joo Koon Circle

Job Scope:

• Implement automation projects according to customer requirements
• Liaise with Business Development Group to ensure timely New Product Launch
• Provide technical solutions to automated processes
• Prepare specifications, and source for machine or equipment quotes
• Participate in cross functional team for product failure root cause analysis
• Create work instructions and provide training to technical staffs on the operation or maintenance of new machines or auxiliary equipments
• Achieve cost savings and improve productivity by keeping abreast with the latest developments on automation technology
• Direct and supervise maintenance team to upkeep machine and maintain equipment maintenance programs
• Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
• Responsible for all new machine/manufacturing equipment installation and commissioning
• Drive for Continuous Process Improvement

Requirement

• Relevant experience in PLC Programming and robotic programming
• Experience in vision programming will be an advantage
• Team player, self-motivated and able to follow datelines and able to lead
