Automation Engineer (medical Device / Pharmaceutical)

Job Description
Our client is specialized in the production and distribution of disposable medical devices.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle the automation projects including equipment upgrade, and assembly process productivity initiatives.
- Lead the automation initiatives to ensure the machine design, cycle time, project lead time and cost meet the requirements.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to achieve equipment effectiveness and improve process capability through process enhancement and validation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to minimize operational disruption and achieve productivity savings.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in automation and assembly processes from Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge on automation machine design and PLC programming.
